ArtByFula.com is operated by Fernando Fula, an independent artist. These terms govern use of this website. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its operation.
Artwork and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, artwork images, text, branding, photographs, and original site content are owned by or licensed to Fernando Fula and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws. Viewing this site does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, train commercial systems on, sell, modify, or create merchandise from protected content.
Buying a physical original artwork or print does not by itself transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Any separate transfer of copyright must be agreed in writing.
Availability and sales
ArtByFula.com has no checkout and does not process payments. Prints are offered through an external print-on-demand storefront. Original works are sold through Artsy or direct local arrangements.
Artwork marked available may become unavailable without notice. Website information, dimensions, pricing, exhibition history, and availability should be confirmed directly before any transaction. Nothing on the site constitutes a binding offer until confirmed in writing.
Before purchasing, confirm the seller, price, payment, delivery or pickup, and applicable cancellation or return terms through the sales platform or directly with me. These website terms do not replace the terms agreed for a particular purchase.
External services
Links to external galleries, social platforms, print stores, publications, and technology services are provided for convenience. Those services have their own content, availability, security, terms, and privacy practices, which I do not control.
Using an external service does not remove responsibilities I may have as the seller or limit any consumer rights that apply to a purchase.
No warranty
This site is provided on an “as available” basis. Reasonable efforts are made to keep information accurate, but no guarantee is made that every page will always be complete, current, or error-free.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security, impersonate another person, submit malicious content, or use automated systems in a way that materially impairs site operation.

These terms may be updated as the website or business practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
