ArtByFula.com is operated by Fernando Fula, an independent artist. This policy explains how I handle information when you browse the website or contact me.
Tracking and cookies
This website does not set its own cookies or use analytics scripts, advertising pixels, marketing trackers, or cross-site tracking. It does not use Cloudflare Web Analytics.
The privacy notice is informational. Dismissing it does not give permission for future analytics or marketing. If the site's data practices change, this policy and the Cookie Policy will be updated before those changes launch, and any required consent will be requested at that time.
Cloudflare hosting and security
This website is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technical request information to deliver and protect the site. This may include your IP address, requested URL, browser or device information, timestamps, and security signals.
Depending on the services enabled and the request, Cloudflare may set necessary security cookies, for example to distinguish automated traffic or remember that a security challenge was passed. Browser storage
When you dismiss the privacy notice, the website saves a small record in your browser's local storage solely to remember that dismissal. Local storage is different from cookies. The record contains no visitor identifier, is not sent to the site owner, and is not used to track browsing activity.
The record remains until you clear this site's browser data. If storage is unavailable, you can still dismiss the notice for the current page.
Contact form and email inquiries
The contact form prepares a draft in your default email application. Your name, inquiry type, and message are placed in that draft on your device; the website does not submit, send, or store them. You review and send the email yourself, and your email provider's privacy practices apply.
I use your email address and message to respond to your inquiry. I do not sell email addresses or correspondence, or use them for marketing or mailing lists. Please avoid sending sensitive information.
I archive correspondence in Gmail and may export copies to a local archive to preserve communications for possible future legal matters. Google processes email through Gmail under its privacy practices.
Apart from processing by my email provider, I do not share correspondence except as necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, or to comply with legal requirements.
External websites
Links to Instagram, LinkedIn, print stores, galleries, publications, and other external websites take you to services with their own privacy and cookie practices. They may collect information or use cookies when you visit them. Social media content and tracking widgets are not embedded on this website.
Your choices and questions
You can reopen the notice using Privacy information in the footer, clear this site's browser storage, or manage cookies using your browser settings. The notice does not control Cloudflare's security cookies or processing.
